All Full Members, as per Club Constitution, can vote at our AGM
All full members are invited to nominate a member for Executive Committee Membership* by notifying me at secretary.geraldinemorans.dublin@gaa.ie by
9.00pm, Monday 12 November 2024.
A Seconder who is also a full member is also required
Any motions for consideration/approval at the AGM can be sent to secretary.geraldinemorans.dublin@gaa.ie before 9.00pm Monday 12 November 2024
A list of all proposed nominations and Motions, Secretary’s/Chairperson’s report, Standing Orders etc will be circulated in advance of the AGM

*Executive Committee Roles
Chairperson - Vice-Chairperson - Secretary - Juvenile Secretary - Treasurer - Registrar - Juvenile Chairperson - P. R. O. - Culture Officer - Player's Representative - and Other Full Members who will be assigned specific areas of responsibility within our Club.
A ballot will be required if 2 members are nominated for the same position or if total number of prospective Committee members exceeds the maximum permitted.
Note: Children's Officer is appointed by Committee, not elected.
