LADIES AGM
The Ladies Department of the club held their AGM in the Clubhouse last Friday. Hosted by chair Ted Healy and secretary Claire Duke they gave a comprehensive rundown on what was a busy and successful year for the club. The obvious highlight was the success of the Senior team but the juvenile teams were very competitive in their own right, grabbing five titles. With 2025 only just around the corner they will be busy plotting and planning for the year ahead.

CLUB MASS
Due to the adverse weather conditions of the past week the club mass had unfortunately been postponed . But it is rescheduled for this Friday, November 29th in the  Clubhouse.

LADIES DISTRICT COMPETITIONS
Well done to the Legion U13 girls who lined out on Sunday with East Kerry against St. Kierans, winning on a scoreline of 6-19 to 3-8. They now head into a county final next weekend. Aoibhinn Heinemann ,  Leah Mannix and  Raegan Browne are all part of the panel and best of luck to them in the final.
The East Kerry U17 ladies were also in action on Sunday  afternoon and they also  booked their place in the District County final with a great win away to St Kieran’s in Brosna. Kate O Toole was strong in defence with Laura Healy scoring at the other end. Beatrice Corridan came in to help the defence close out the game. Final score St Kieran’s 0-06 East Kerry 3-07. Wishing them well in the final also.

U15 / 16 BOYS OUTING
Our Under 15 / 16 boys went to Tralee Paintballing Centre on Sunday  where they had great fun and as usual things got competitive!!!. Aterwards it was time for food in Burger King/ Subway. Many thanks to all the staff in Tralee Paintballing Centre and to our patient driver Jason from O Callaghan Coaches . Bryan O Connor won MVP in the paintballing!!!!

RUNNING CLUB
On a week of inclement weather amazingly the gods smiled down on our weekly running class on Tuesday. It helped to give the biggest attendance yet and it continues each Tuesday at 7pm. All grades of fitness welcome!!

DEEPEST SYMPATHIES
The Club extends its sympathies to our Club President Tommy , Mary and the Regan family on the sad passing of Mary's brother Oliver Ryan. He worked in England for many years but had recently relocated to Killarney.
