WESTPORT UNITED UNVEIL TIMETABLE FOR SAFE RETURN TO FOOTBALL

Following the announcement by An Taoiseach, Micheal Martin this evening, the following is the timetable to the safe return of football. As per the previous announcement, boys and and girls resumed training on Monday last in pods of 15 non contact and from May 10th, adults can resume training in pods of 15 (non contact). Depending on the epidemiology situation, matches can resume from June 7th behind closed doors and if everything works out according to plan, also depending on the epidemiology situation, spectators will be allowed to attend matches from July 5th. Westport United FC as a club is eagerly looking forward to the safe return of football and we will be looking forward to seeing you all back in United Park.
