Killarney RFC deeply regret to announce the death of former Senior Head Coach John Nikora, RIP.

John, a native of Tokoroa, New Zealand lived at Mill Road, Killarney and was a very popular Head Coach with Killarney RFC back in 2013/2014. John was an amazing coach and will be fondly remembered by all those he coached and all his friends at Killarney RFC.

John made national headlines with Killarney RFC when he starred in a video performing the All Black's rugby war cry, The Haka, overlooking one of Killarney's most iconic locations - Ladies View. The video was made for a competition and John was undoubtedly the star. Below is a link to this amazing video.

The club would like to extend it’s condolences to John's wife Norma and all his family here in Ireland and back in New Zealand.
