Ella’s Journey Begins Next Saturday

Ella Donlon is a young 15-year-old girl from Roscommon who needs our help to urgently access vital health services that are unfortunately not available in Ireland.

Ella is the sister of Denis Corroon’s girlfriend Cliona and Ella is Denis’s sister-in-law to be.

Daragh Daly is the one to contact if you need additional information.

On Saturday next December 4 , a 5K Fun Run/Walk has been organised to take place in Mullingar. The run will start at 09:30am from the Newbrook Bridge. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided for everyone at the finish line!!

This year, the two teams involved in the annual St Stephen’s Day Football Fundraiser will donate all money raised to Ella.

The addition of the 5K fun run/walk will enable the teams to raise as much as possible for Ella’s fund.

Monies raised in previous years have been donated to: The Irish Cancer Society; St. Vincent de Paul, and Meals on Wheels.

In 2019, the charity chosen was the North Westmeath Hospice and a total of €20,000 was donated – an incredible achievement by all involved!

The GoFund Me page to donate to Ella’s journey as well as more information on the group’s charity fundraising activities on previous occasions can be found at this link:
