Re. Sports clubs in Clane plan to raise funds of up to €1m from raffle for €400k home Article

Dear members,

You may have seen the recent news article on the Leinster Leader headlined “Sports clubs in Clane plan to raise funds of up to €1m from raffle for €400k home”.

We can confirm that Clane GAA is one of the 3 clubs involved.

We are currently in negotiations with all relevant and interested parties including the developer Westar (Fadden family) who are very generously donating the house, Clane Community Council and 2 other local clubs. If these negotiations are successful Clane GAA is one of the 3 clubs that is set to benefit from the raffle.

After what had been an especially difficult few years for all, this would be a tremendous boost to the development of our club and would ensure the best in sporting facilities for our members and future generations in the community of Clane.
