JUNIOR HURLING
Hard luck to our junior hurlers who were defeated by Clonoulty Rossmore 1-21 to 1-16 in the county league final last weekend. Attention now turns to the mid championship with the first game scheduled against JK Brackens on Sunday 26th at 7pm in Templemore
JUNIOR FOOTBALL
The junior footballers play the next game in the mid championship against JK Brackens tomorrow(Saturday 18th) in Drombane at 5:30pm. Then there is a clash next Tuesday (21st) against Moyne/Templetouhy in Templetouhy at 7:45pm. Best of luck to the team in both matches.
SENIOR HURLING
The first round of the mid championship is just around the corner and we face Thurles Sarsfields in the quarter final. This game is fixed for Saturday 25th at 7pm in Templemore with extra time and penalties if required.
TIPPERARY MINOR HURLING
Best of luck to Paddy Phelan and the Tipperary minor hurlers who face Galway in the All Ireland semi final this Sunday
ANNUAL GOLF CLASSIC
Our annual golf classic celebrates its 20th staging this year and returns to Ballykisteen Golf Club on Friday 15th & Saturday 16th of July. So save the date in your diary. As usual there will be a great selection of prizes including 2 rounds of golf and overnight accommodation for the winning team. Entry for a team of 4 costs €220 and includes a round of golf, barbeque after the 12th hole and a meal afterwards. To book your tee time contact Richard Ryan at 086-2676793. If you'd like to sponsor a tee box there are 2 levels available. Gold for €100 and Silver for €50. Hope to see the same turnout as previous years.
