Our Intermediate Footballers take centre stage this weekend when they do battle with Nobber in Round 2 of the championship on Saturday evening.

Both teams will approach the game with confidence having secured impressive opening round victories over Drumbaragh and Dunderry respectively.

Victory on Saturday will all but guarantee passage to the quarter-finals so the teams will certainly not be lacking for motivation.

The game takes place in Bective with the throw-in scheduled for 6.30 p.m.

Admission is by ticket only.

Cash will not be accepted at the gate.

Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.universe.com/events/meath-gaa-meade-farm-group-ifc-longwood-v-nobber-tickets-20FGZY?ref=universe-discover
