Group 1 > St Joseph's Doora Barefield, Inagh Kilnamona, & Sixmilebridge
Group 2 > Clarecastle, Clonlara, Eire Og & Kilmaley.
The Top 2 teams from each group to play crossover semi-finals, winners play a final.
U 16 B
Group 1 > Corofin/Ruan, Broadford & Bodyke/O C Mills
Group 2 > Clooney Quin, Scariff/Ogonnelloe & Newmarket on Fergus.Group 3 > Ballyea, Cratloe & Whitegate.
2 of the Top 3 Teams drawn straight to the semi-final. The remaining Top Team joins the 3 second placed teams in 2 1/4 Final games (open draw) Then 2 semi-finals (open draw) & Final.
U 16 C
13 a side but clubs are encouraged to play 15 a side if they have the numbers
Group 1 > The Banner, Smith O Brien's, Tulla, & Parteen.
Group 2 > Crusheen/Tubber, Ennistymon, Feakle/Killanena & Wolfe Tones.
Top 2 from each group play crossover semi-finals, winners play the final.
U 16 AcademyWe will run one U 16 Academy competition if there is enough interest in it on the following conditions,
- Clubs will require 2 separate panels to take part. There will be NO CROSSOVER PLAYERS Allowed
- Once a player takes any part in the U 16 A or U 16 B then he no longer can play in the Academy competition.
- The Academy games will be scheduled on the same weekend as the U 16 A & u 16 B (different day)
- Subs slips must be supplied in all U 16 A & U 16 B games.
- It can be 13-a side but if clubs have enough numbers, we encourage you to play 15 a side.
Any club interested in entering a team in the U 16 Academy please let me know by this Sunday evening at 6pm. The competition format will depend on the number of entries and we will finalise this at our fixtures meeting on Monday evening next.
