Dean Ryan / Junior Schools Hurling

Last years beaten finalists Ard Scoil Ris got their campaign of to a winning start with a big victory over Nenaghe CBS on a score of 4-20 to 0-03. Cillian Murphy started the game and Dylan Keogh was also introduced with Ben O'Connel and Cuan Mac Giolla Cearra all part of the squad.

Well done also to St Flannans who defeated CBC Cork by 1-22 to 0-16 in the Dean Ryan.

First Years Hurling

The Bridge had a big presence in the Ard Scoil 1st year hurling blitz which took part this week with gort and Athenty schools. Its great to see the boys settling in to school and playing lots of hurling.

Primary Schools

Pride of place this week goes to the Camogie players of St Finnachtas who had a big win in the Laurel Hill invitational tournament.

Well done also to our 3 Bridge boys in Clonmoney NS (Ronan, Matthew & Evan pictured below) who played today in the St. Flannans College hosted Primary School blitz - they got all the way to the final but lost out to Quin NS. They matched up well in their club togs :-)

Well done also to Kilmurry NS who were in Flannans - after losing their first game they recovered well to win their remaining games in the group.
