Club Lotto

Club Lotto will take place next Sunday at 12:00pm in the Old Dressing Rooms for anyone that would like to attend. Our Lotto Jackpot is now at a record €13,600. It continues to be our primary source of revenue to fund the day to day running of the club.

In addition, Lotto revenue is funding the continued development at the pitch which will benefit all in our community not just our players. Over the next number of months, our walking track will be completed and will be fully floodlit.

Our Lotto can be done online by clicking on https://bunbrosnagaa.clubifyapp.com/products. Online entries must be in by 10:00am. Thank you to all who support our club lotto.

Go Games Blitz

A very busy morning at the pitch today when our U7, U9 and U11 teams had their final games of the year on Saturday last. We hosted teams from Delvin Gaa and Maryland/Tang Underage GAA at each age group.

Well done to all of the boys and girls who trained and played brilliantly all year. Many thanks to all who made the blitz run like clockwork, from car parking, to teas / coffees, pitch set up and also clean up afterwards. Many thanks also to Delvin and Maryland Tang for travelling in big numbers.

Inny Shamrocks U13s

U13s play their Semi Final against Tyrellspass on Saturday next in Ballynacaragy at 4pm. All support greatly appreciated.

Inny Shamrocks U15s

U15s play their Quarter Final against St Loman’s on Wednesday next in Bun at 6:30pm. All support would be greatly appreciated.

Inny Shamrocks U17s

Hard luck but very well done to the Inny Shamrocks U17s, who produced a thrilling final in the Shield competition on Sunday in Rosemount.

Spectators were treated to a fast-flowing game of football in which both sides gave a very good account of themselves. Inny Shamrocks ultimately lost out due to a purple patch from the hosts in the ten minutes just after the interval, which produced a lead that Inny Shamrocks, despite a valiant efforts, were unable to break down before the end of the game.

Well done to this hardworking and talented panel have done the jersey and themselves proud throughout the year.

A huge thank you to the management team, in particular Frank Lynam, and to Paul Keena and Ger Leslie for their efforts over the year.

Thanks to referee Joe Fallon, Rosemount for the use of their excellent facilities, and in particular to all of the supporters who travelled on Sunday. Well done and congratulations to Cill Óige.

Cash for Clobber

The next collection for Cash for Clobber is Monday 18th September. If you have any suitable clothing for recycling please drop down to the Old Dressings Rooms.

Westmeath Quid Games

Westmeath County Board is hoping to raise over €200,000 from a major fundraiser it is holding on the 29th October next that's loosely based on the format of the hit Netflix show, Squid Game.

Quid Game, will see one representative from each of Westmeath's 47 clubs plus 13 others, going head-to-head with the winner taking home €10,000 for their club. Eoin Cawley will be Bunbrosna GAA’s representative. Each club has to raise €1500 to take part in the competition and over the next number of Club Lottos we will be donating 50% of revenue to Eoins fundraising campaign. So please support Eoin through our Club Lotto over the coming weeks especially. Keep an eye out in the notes and on our social media pages over the coming weeks for more information.
