As we look ahead to a new season for all our teams, our Coaching Committee, led by Stephen Morgan, have been busy putting plans in place to ensure that the correct structures are in place to support all of our juvenile teams. We aim to ensure that they have all the resources in place to help them develop as players over the duration of the year.

• Polices created in conjunction with Conor Brennan GDC (Games Development Co-ordinaor)

• Polices have been ratified by club executive.

• Stephen Morgan & Paddy Sweeney met with GDC to plan Quarter 1

• Coaches allocated to all teams from U17 to Nursery for 2024

• Coaches allocated to all LGFA teams.

• Ben Daly, Strength & Conditioning coach, doing workshops with U15 & U17 Girls & Boys

• Coaching & Athletic Development resources set up on Teambuilder App

• Coach Education in hand
