HEALTHY CLUBS 📣
We have now been accepted into the Irish Life GAA Healthy Club programme.
Currently, we already have the following Healthy Clubs initiatives in place:
- Indoor bowling for Seniors in Club Complex 🎳
- Walkway around the pitches in Caherlag 🚶🏼♀️
- All Stars Programme for Children with Additional Needs ✨
- Nutrional guidance available to adult and juvenile players 🍓
Along with these initiatives, we are also currently looking to offer more to our club community. These include, but are not limited, to:
- Wednesday Morning Coffee Club
- Mobile and Device Danger Awareness
- Drug and Alcohol Danger Awareness
To help get the above, and more initiatives off the ground, the club are forming a ‘Healthy Clubs Committee’. We invite members of the community with an interest in this subject to become a part of the group. We would be delighted to welcome all in the parish to join this initiative.
