Munster Hurling Championship first round : Clare v Limerick : April 21st @2pm : Cusack Park, Ennis

08/04 - A few notes regarding tickets /codes

1. ALL tickets/codes that the club received were distributed last Thursday/Friday - THERE ARE NO SPARE CODES !!!
2. Unfortunately there was not enough codes available to cover every coach and player in the club - we know many are unhappy about this but we simply did not have enough codes to cover everyone
3. It is not possible to swap terrace codes for sidelines or stand - there are many people who got nothing so be grateful for what you got
4. If you got a code and did not purchase your tickets before 6pm yesterday (as clearly stated in the message you received) then the tickets are gone - there is nothing we can do about it - it was your mistake !
5. For the 263 people who applied and got no codes:
a) It is impractical to send you all a message telling you all that you did not get a code - if you did not get a message then you did not get a code.
b) Some tickets may be made available via public outlets later this week, keep an eye out for that

I won't be engaging in any further message conversations about tickets so please stop texting - any further messages to my personal phone about tickets will be deleted without response.
If tickets come available to the club then your name is already on the list and you will be duly notified

To try and be a practical for people - Cusack park in Ennis is not a high capacity ground like Limerick, Thurles or Cork. A total of just over 6129 tickets were allocated to Clare - that was for everything including players, sponsors and all clubs. Just think of the logistics nightmare that brings with 50+ clubs in Clare to cater for. Without a doubt there will be a large amount of club people not getting to the game, it is no personal insult to you or your family if you did not get a ticket from the club, there is just simply not enough capacity ... and at the end of the day it is only one game !!

____________________________

04/04 : We have received an allocation of ticket codes which will cover approx one third of the requests received. Priority will be given to active hurling club members including coaches and players working downwards from Adult to underage. We will start distributing links and codes this evening from the club phone (089 494 7750) - one code equals one ticket. We will revisit the list if a further allocation of tickets/codes is made available.

____________________________

31/03 - To date we have received requests for 423 tickets for this game. It's great to see such interest but we do need to manage expectations. While we will continue to take requests for the moment, we are certain that we will not be allocated such a high number of tickets - limits and prioritization will have to be applied when the allocation is made later in the week.
____________________________

27/03: The county board have informed us that clubs will be getting an allocation of tickets next week in advance of the public sale which will take place at a later date.
Standing/Terrace tickets will only be available. Demand is expected to be high so in the interest of fairness we are applying a limit of 2 tickets per club member.
(This may be reviewed later depending on demand versus allocation)

We are now accepting ticket orders from registered club members only via this link.

Current expectation is to be distributing the links and codes at the end of next week (April 5th/6th)
These will be delivered via WhatsApp from our new club phone - 089 494 7750.

Should there be any change or update, we will share here accordingly
