In a hard fought contest Simonstown eventually came out on top against a very determined Ratoath team
The match started at a fast pace with Ratoath scoring early with the lead going from one team to the other Simonstown went into half time 8 points ahead.
With the scoreboard tocking over into the second half Ratoath pegged it back and Ratoath drew level in the last few seconds with a own goal forcing extra time.
With both teams tiring Ratoath went into the break 2 points up
Simonstown were awarded a penalty late in the second half to put them 2 points ahead but a Ratoath free late brought it back to one leaving a very nervous finish to the match..
