Take A Bow NK1 Tennis Ladies!

What a magnificent run NK1 Ladies had in the DLTC Summer League getting to the finals last Saturday in Castleknock where they met Rockfield Tennis Club.  Unfortunately it wasn't North Kildare's day on Saturday.  However they can hang their heads up high as there was some wonderful tennis played on the day with some fine margins.  It certainly was a memorable day and a fantastic seven week campaign not to be forgotten for the finalists and the club in general.  Well done to a brilliant and dedicated team of ladies - Anne Goodwin, Joan Hodkinson, Edel McNally, Gráinne Martin, Ciara Corcoran, Barbara McNamara, Allie Scerbo and sub Melissa Scott Hayward!
