North PIHC Championship Final

Commiserations to our Premier Intermediate hurlers who were defeated by Burgess on a scoreline of 0-19 to 0-21 in the North PIHC final in Nenagh on Sunday afternoon last. (see Guardian report).

Our attention now turns to the county championship in two weeks time and our first round match against Ballina in a group which also contains Carrick Swans and Upperchurch/Drombane. 

Junior B’s

Our Junior B side are down to face Knockshegowna in Ballingarry (North) at 7.30pm on Saturday evening.

U-17 Hurling

Our U-17’s are fixed to play Nenagh Eire Og on Monday 22nd July in Nenagh at 7.30pm.

U-13 Hurling

Our U-13 D hurlers defeated Roscrea by 1-9 to 0-3 while U-13 A side also defeated Roscrea by 3-4 to 0-8 in Round 4 of the North championship on Tuesday last. Our D side and our A side are away to Newport this Tuesday evening with throw-in times of 7pm and 8pm respectively. Round 6 on Tuesday 23rd July will see both teams head to Cloughjordan to play Kilruane. 

U19 North A Championship

We are scheduled to play Clonakenny/Moneygall in the first round of the U-19 championship at 7.30pmin Dolla on Wednesday evening.

U15 North B Championship

We are scheduled to play Burgess in the fifth round of the U-15 B championship at 7.30pm in Kilcolman on Thursday evening.

GAA Cúl Camp

Thank you to all who took part in last week’s GAA Cúl Camp in Dolla. All participants had a fantastic week.

Bingo Night

Thank you to all who supported the Silvermines GAA, Camogie and Ladies Football club Bingo Night in Buddy's Capparoe on Friday evening last.

Lotto Jackpot

Our club Lotto is now at 11,600 euro. Tickets can be bought from committee members or in a number of outlets in Nenagh where the Lotto jackpot is displayed. Lotto tickets can also be bought and renewed online.

Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw

Support is being sought for the Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw which is being promoted by Tipperary GAA to contribute towards some great initiatives. The draw also supports the clubs with 50 per cent of ticket sales going back to the clubs. There is also a 30k prize fund with the first draw taking place in July.
