Silvermines GAA 

County PIHC Championship

Best of luck to our Premier Intermediate hurlers against Upperchurch-Drombane in the second round of the county PIHC on this coming Saturday at 2pm in Templederry. All support is greatly appreciated in this must win fixture for the 'Mines.

Junior B’s

Our Junior B's had a hard-fought 1-19 to 0-19 win over Borrisokane in Dolla on Saturday evening. Well done to all involved as we are now topping our group in the North championship. Our next outing is the refixed clash against Knockshegowna in Ballingarry at 7.30pm on this Friday evening. 

All-Ireland Junior Camogie Final

We would like to wish our own Ciara Ryan and Miriam Murphy the very best of luck in the All Ireland Junior camogie final against Laois in Croke Park next Sunday.

New York Hurling Final

Well done to our own Colin O'Brien and Bryan Seymour who who were part of the Tipperary hurling side who overcame Westmeath in the New York senior hurling championship final on Sunday.

U-19 Hurling

We face Nenagh Eire Og in MacDonagh Park Nenagh on this Wednesday evening in Round 2 of the North championship at 7.30pm. Best of luck to all involved. We will face Toomevara on Wednesday 14th August in Toomevara at 7.30pm. 

U-17 Hurling

We face Burgess in the North preliminary quarter final on Monday evening next in Puckane at 6.45 pm. Best of luck to all involved. 

U-15 North B Championship

Our U-15 hurlers lost out Toomevara by 2-16 to 1-6 in Toomevara in Round 7 on  Thursday evening last. Hard luck boys.

U-13 Hurling

Best of luck to our under 13 A hurlers in their North quarter final clash with Nenagh Eire Og in Toomevara on Tuesday night 13th August next. Throw in is at 7.30pm. Best of luck also to our U-13 D side who face Burgess in their Norh quarter final in Kilcolman on Wednesday 14th August at 6.45 pm.

Lotto Jackpot

Our club Lotto is now at 11,900 euro. Tickets can be bought from committee members or in a number of outlets in Nenagh where the Lotto jackpot is displayed. Lotto tickets can also be bought and renewed online.

Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw

Support is being sought for the Tipperary GAA Clubs Draw which is being promoted by Tipperary GAA to contribute towards some great initiatives. The draw also supports the clubs with 50 per cent of ticket sales going back to the clubs. There is also a 30k prize fund with the first draw taking place in July.
