Junior 'A'
Well done to the Junior 'A' Hurlers who put in an impressive second half performance to defeat Ballinahinch last Friday in Toomevara in the North Junior 'A' Hurling Semi Final - 1-24 to 0-12 was the final score. Kiladangan held a 0-9 to 0-7 half time lead and pushed on in the second half to secure victory. Eoghan Sharkey scored the Kiladangan goal on the 52nd minute after great set up play from Eoin Meagher. The lads will face Toomevara in the North Final on Friday 6th September at 6.45 pm in Borrisoleigh.
Junior ‘B’
The Junior 'B' Hurlers lost out to Toomevara last Saturday in Toomevara on a 1-8 to 0-24 scoreline in the final game of the group stages. A Jim Minehan goal on the fifth minute gave Kiladangan hope but Toomevara dominated the half and led 0-17 to 1-6 at half time. Kiladangan were unable to reduce the Toome lead as they greyhounds held out for a comfortable victory. The lads have finished fifth in the group and therefore will not progress to the knockout stages. Many thanks to the management team of Kevin Ryan, Ger Foley, Josh Fletcher and Darren Moran for the work that they have done with the lads this year with plenty of younger players getting game time in the league and championship which was great to see.
Under 19
The Under 19 hurlers had another draw last Wednesday in Puckane in the second round of the North Championship - Kiladangan 0-17 Newport 1-14. With the aid of the breeze, Kiladangan put in an impressive first half display and held a six point lead but a well worked Newport goal just before half time reduced the Kiladangan lead to three - 0-13 to 1-7. Kiladangan maintained this lead going into the final quarter of the game but Newport had the sides level on the 56th minute. Both sides traded frees in the closing minutes.

The lads final group game will take place in Puckane this Wednesday 21st August at 6.45 pm when they face Kilruane MacDonaghs. Best of luck to all.

The Under 17 hurlers defeated Ballina on a 5-17 to 2-12 scoreline in the North 'A' Preliminary Quarter Final last Monday 12th August in Dolla. The Kiladangan team was: Paraic Meagher, JP Flannery, Rory Gavin, Simon Cleary, Scott Garland, Diarmaid Fogarty, Eoin Kelly, Dara O'Dwyer (1-2), Cullin O'Brien, Tom Boland (0-9, 4f), Evan Sherlock (0-1), Noah Ducie, Ruairi Hackett (2-1), Rian McGrath (1-4), James O'Dwyer (1-0). Subs Introduced: Cullum Ryan, Avi Aharon, Willie Slattery.
They faced Kilruane MacDonaghs last Monday 19th August in Nenagh in the Quarter Final with no result at time of going to print.
Under 15
Hard luck to the Under 15 hurlers who lost out to Neangh Eire Og last Thursday 15th August in Ballinderry in the North Quarter Final. The Kiladangan team was as follows:

The Under 13 'B' Hurlers faced Ballinahinch Templederry in the North Semi Final on Tuesday 20th August with no result at time of going to print.
Camogie
Best of luck to both Junior camogie sides who travel to Ballylooby this coming Saturday to commence their championship campaigns - both sides will face Brian Boru's. The B2's game is at 5.15 pm whilst the 'A' side game commences after at 6.45 pm.
