This upcoming Sunday 15th of September the parish of Croagh Kilfinny will celebrate the ordination to the diaconate of Tim Collins, presided over by Bishop Brendan Leahy.

The first of its kind in over 16 years in the Diocese of Limerick.

The mass will take place in St John the Baptist church in Croagh at 3pm.

An open invitation is extended on behalf of the Croagh Kilfinny parish to all local parishioners to this highly anticipated event, with extended seating provided outside the church in a marquee with live feed from the church to enable all in attendance to participate in the special event.

Light refreshments will be provided in Croagh Community Center after the mass and all are welcome.

As a past player and club member, it would be great to support Tim in this preliminary step to becoming a priest of the Limerick Diocese, and celebrate the day with his family and community.
