As part of our hugely successful fundraiser in May - www.100tohome.com, we made a commitment to give back to charitable organisations close to the hearts of our members.
We're thrilled to share that, after consideration by the fundraiser and club committees, we have made donations to two deserving causes whose services have directly supported our community.
๐ค๐ The Care Trust โ Supporting CRC, Rehab, and other special charitable projects โ has received a donation of โฌ1,500 from CLG Naomh Ultan. The cheque presentation took place at their Dublin offices, where our club was represented by Roger Meehan and Roger รg Meehan. Joining them were Heather Curtin (Physiotherapist, Gait Lab), Mairead Murphy (Physiotherapist), Dr. Jane Leonard (Paediatrician), Joanne Kehoe (CNS) and Ms. Tafadzwa Mandiwanza (Paediatric Neurosurgeon). ๐ค๐ Donegal Hospice, a local organisation that holds a special place in the hearts of many in our community, also received a donation of โฌ1,500. The presentation took place at Pรกirc Naomh Ultan, attended by Daniel McGlynn, Alan Lyons, Jordan Byrne (Donegal Hospice) and Kevin O'Donnell.
