Well done to our Under 12 Yellow Squad who had a convincing result in their opening round of this seasons National Cup . The Boys now advance Round 2 . A game played in wet and windy conditions but Great credit to our club groundsmen for having the pitch in such good condition despite the weather .

Our Under 12 Green squad made the trip to Killmallock this afternoon and came up against a very good opposition. The game was played in very wet conditions so FairPlay to both sets of players . Thanks to Killmallock for their hosting our boys today and We wish them the very best of luck in the next round of the competition.

Our Under 15 Boys National Cup squad made the early morning trip to Limerick to play against a strong Pike Rovers side. The game remained 0-0 until the final couple of minutes where it was the hosts that managed to get the all important goal . 
Heartbreak for our boys but a Superb Team effort . Shout-out to 7 of our Under 14 Boys National Cup squad who made the step up to be involved with the squad this morning . Thanks to all parents who attended to support the boys especially with the weather conditions . 

🏆FAI Youths Cup Rd 2 

Bridge United 🆚 Avenue United 

🏟️Sixmilebridge 

⌚️Kickoff 11am 

Our Youths squad made the early morning trip to Sixmilebridge to play against a very strong Bridge United side . Another game played in brutal weather conditions but credit to the hosts who had the pitch in very good condition despite the weather. We unfortunately conceded a couple of soft goals in the first half . Credit to our young side who never gave up and improved as the game went on . Best of Luck to Bridge United in the next round and for the remainder of the competition .
