Reminder all Nominations and Motions have got to be in by 5pm Wednesday 27th November.
Nominations and motions will not be accepted after 5pm.
All nominations have got to be signed by to full paid members.
All persons nominated must be notified of the nomination. If a person is not aware of the nomination their name can not go forward at AGM.
Motions are changes to the constitution only.
Nominations and motions can be scanned and emailed to secretary.simonstown.meath@gaa.ie left into the office in the club (if leaving in the club please have them in early Wednesday) or posted to Mags Hain, 151 Silverlawn, Navan, C15E8E2. You can also drop them into my letter box if you so wish. There will be someone home all day.
Only Paid up members paid before the 31st March are eligible vote at the AGM. The onus is on each individual to prove their payment status.
