In light of the government's decision yesterday to not fully relax the Covid-19 Guidelines, we've had to make the difficult choice to cancel our Bingo due to re-commence this Friday, October 22nd.
With the new guidelines in place we would have to ensure social distancing of 2 metres is in practise, that masks are being worn at all times, that the EU COVID Certificate is checked prior to entry and also that attendance is taken for contact tracing purposes. These rulings make it very difficult to run a Bingo successfully in our current setting. We had planned to provide a safe environment for all to play Bingo and this wouldn't be achievable under these new guidelines.
We're currently looking into potential alternatives as we wish to re-commence our Friday Night Bingo in some capacity, we will keep everyone informed of any new information once decisions are made. Apologies for any inconveniences caused, we are equally disappointed as work was carried out behind the scenes to get it re-commenced. Please spread the word to those not on social media, thank you!
