It was another cracker of a weekend for Salthill Devon as the Juniors advanced to the last 16 of the FAI Junior Cup with a win away in Athy on penalties AET and Ana Conway grabbed her second successive hattrick against Knocknacarra for the under 14 Girls.

The under 18 B’s are having a fine season under Mark Diskin and they came from 2-0 down to beat Ballina in the Connacht Shield, with goals from  Jamie Greaney, a volley,  Bobby Maher, shot from outside the box and Ronan Gilligan with a header from a corner.
