Lidl Ireland and Carla Rowe seek entries for LGFA 50th Anniversary Jersey Design Competition

Lidl Ireland, with support from Dublin Ladies Gaelic football captain and Lidl ambassador Carla Rowe, and members of Clann Mhuire GFC, Naul, Co Dublin, have issued a nationwide call for entries for the Ladies Gaelic Football Association 50th Anniversary Jersey Design Competition.  Running from Monday, 8th of May in all 178 Lidl stores nationwide, shoppers will be in with a chance of having their design featured on the special edition jersey to celebrate the upcoming milestone of 50 years since the association was founded in 1974.

10,000 jerseys featuring the winning design will be produced and distributed across the country in January 2024 to kick off the anniversary celebrations. The winning entry will also receive €1,000 in Lidl vouchers and four tickets to the 2023 TG4 All-Ireland Finals.

To enter, shoppers must complete the design template on the entry forms which are available from the leaflet stands in Lidl stores nationwide and submit their entry via the LGFA box located behind the checkout area by Sunday, 11th of June.

For Northern Ireland entries: Form is available to download from https://www.lidl.ie/serious-support for completion and can either be posted to Lidl Ireland GmbH Head Office, Main Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 or else scanned (in colour) and sent to sponsorship@lidl.ie by Sunday, 11th of June.
