ClubZap All-Star Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the ClubZap All-Star Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is open to active ClubZap customers (volunteers, admins, or representatives of sports clubs currently using ClubZap).

1.2 The referred club must not already be a ClubZap customer.

1.3 ClubZap employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Referral Program Works

2.1 To participate, referrers must:

• Register for the referral program via the official [Referral Page].
• Submit details of a club that is not currently using ClubZap.
• Ensure the referred club signs up and completes onboarding within 60 days of the referral submission.

2.2 A referral is considered successful when the referred club:

• Signs up for ClubZap using the referral link or details provided.
• Completes onboarding and remains an active ClubZap customer for at least one full billing cycle.

3. Rewards

3.1 For Referrers:

• 1 Referral → €50 gift card OR €50 charitable donation + €50 credit off their club’s ClubZap subscription.
• 3+ Referrals → Everything above plus exclusive ClubZap merchandise.

3.2 For the Referred Club:

• 1 Free Month of ClubZap (first billing cycle waived).
• Free Club Website Setup (as part of their onboarding package).

3.3 Reward Redemption:

• Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred club completing its first full billing cycle.
• Gift cards and ClubZap credit are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Program Limitations

4.1 Referrers cannot refer their own club or any club they have referred in the past.

4.2 There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, but rewards are subject to verification.

4.3 Fraudulent or suspicious referrals (e.g., clubs signing up with no intent to use the service) will be disqualified.

5. Modification & Termination

5.1 ClubZap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

5.2 In the event of termination, only verified referrals submitted before the termination date will be honored.

6. Privacy & Data Use

6.1 By participating, referrers consent to ClubZap using their details for tracking and communication purposes related to this Program.

6.2 ClubZap will not share participant details with third parties without prior consent.
