A Chairde,

On Friday 12th April 2024, the juvenile section of our club will host a social and fundraising Race Night event in Swan’s Lounge, Curraha. We expect a great turn out.

We are asking for your support to make sure this event is a great success.  The juvenile section of our GAA club has grown from strength to strength over the years offering training, matches and a social outlet for many of our local children playing on teams from under 7s to under 17s. We have both a girls and a boys section.  Our teams need additional funding for footballs, training equipment, jerseys and many other expenses. We heavily rely on donations from businesses to ensure we can cater for all that is needed.

Your donation will be acknowledged at the Race Night and on our various Social Media outlets.

We are seeking your support by:

Race Sponsorship: Sponsoring a race entitles the sponsor to have their name displayed prominently on the night, mentioned by the MC and displayed on all our social media outlets. We ask for a race sponsorship of €150.

Advertisement of support for our race night at a cost of €60 which will be available on all our social media platforms for all to see - an ideal opportunity to advertise your business or services locally.

There is an option of a Race Sponsorship plus advertisement for a discounted rate of €200.

Should you not be in a position to sponsor a race or take an ad, we would greatly appreciate a donation towards our raffle which will be held on the night.

We expect this to be a very enjoyable night with tote-betting, 8 races shown, tipster advice for the Aintree Grand National and an opportunity to socialise with other club members, friends and neighbours.

Please reply to curraha.meath@lfga.ie or Clare O’Connor (Curraha LGFA Juvenile secretary 086 395 0475) as soon as possible to confirm if you are in a position to sponsor a race or donate to our raffle.

Thank you sincerely for your support and we look forward to seeing you on Friday 12th of April.
