VISIT TO NORTH KILDARE RUGBY CLUB BY THE LEINSTER RUGBY SQUAD
Dear Members,
As you may have seen Leo Cullen, and his Leinster Rugby squad are taking to the roads of Leinster as part of the “12 County Tour” which started in the summer of 2022. Since that time, the squad have hosted sessions in Lansdowne RFC, New Ross RFC and Gorey and next week the squad will welcome supporters to North Kildare RFC for an open session on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, from 2.00pm. As Rugby Club President Robert Landy said, “We in North Kildare RFC are thrilled to welcome Leinster Rugby to The Maws” and that is echoed by the Executive of North Kildare Sports Club.
North Kildare RFC, and Leinster Rugby, extend an open invitation to the training session, where Leinster players will be available for signatures and selfies after the training session has finished. This event promises to be a memorable experience for rugby fans of all ages, offering a unique glimpse into the world of professional rugby training.
To cater for the visit to North Kildare Sports Club – NKRFC, there will be a few visible changes to the Car Park for the day in question and we would ask all members to follow the instructions of the Car Park Marshalls on the day. This is a great honour for all in North Kildare Sports Club.
