We can communicate directly with every single team, every single parent. For the most part, people in grassroots football are volunteers and there is so much compliance and administration. ClubZap is tremendously useful because it takes a lot of the hard work off the managers. It allows us to concentrate on all the things we need to do in order to stay compliant, efficient, and professional.

With the streamline and organisation, the app has benefited us the most. You can actually pull information off a spreadsheet and have it in real time. Rather than us having to do a lot of paperwork, it’s all in one place for us to look at. We’re all volunteers, we don’t get paid for it, so we’ve got to make it as easy as possible for us to carry on.

Since we’ve been using the app, we’ve had some really positive feedback off parents. They feel that their monthly payments are a lot more organised than they were previously. Customer service has been outstanding and it has completely streamlined our payments.
